The air conditioning was effective, ensuring a comfortable escape from the heat. The refreshing pool area was perfect for lounging after sightseeing.

While the cleanliness was top-notch, I found myself wishing for more shaded seating by the pool. It tended to get a bit too sunbaked for comfort at times, and this made lounging there less enjoyable.

The beach is an easy five-minute walk, and I found a gem of a bar, Tranquillo, where the cocktails were absolutely amazing. Staff were exceptional. I requested a drying rack for towels and swimwear, and it was brought to my room promptly. When my partner had a medical emergency, Yanis from the staff drove us to the hospital himself, ensuring we were taken care of. The communication from staff helped us navigate the situation easily. I did notice that the pool area could use more shaded seating, as it got quite sunny there. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciate all the efforts from the team to keep everything spotless and welcoming.

The staff were truly exceptional. they fulfilled my requests promptly and provided incredible support during a medical situation, with Yanis personally driving us to the hospital.
